1. General Information
Sim Air Travels is a registered travel agency in Bangladesh (Corporate Address: Sel Trident Tower, Level 9, Purana Palton Line, Dhaka-1000). We act as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Consulates, etc.).

2. Booking & Payments Accuracy:
You are responsible for ensuring that all names and passport details provided at the time of booking match your travel documents exactly.
Confirmation: A booking is only "confirmed" once full payment is received and a booking reference/ticket is issued.
Price Fluctuations: Prices for airfare and packages are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or supplier price updates until the final payment is processed.

3. Visa Services No Guarantee:
While Sim Air Travels assists with documentation and submission, the issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
Fees: Visa processing fees and service charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is granted or rejected.
Timelines: Processing times provided are estimates and subject to embassy delays.

4. Cancellations & Refunds Third-Party Policies:
All air tickets and hotel bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the airline or provider.
Service Fees: Sim Air Travels reserves the right to charge a service fee for processing cancellations or date changes in addition to airline penalties.
Refund Timeline: Refunds (where applicable) may take 15–30 working days to process, depending on the airline or bank's policy.
Non-Refundable Services: Certain promotional tickets, Hajj/Umrah packages, and visa fees are non-refundable as per industry standards.

5. Hajj & Umrah Services Compliance:
All Hajj and Umrah pilgrims must comply with the rules set by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Bangladesh) and the Ministry of Hajj (Saudi Arabia).
Health Requirements: Travelers must be medically fit and provide necessary health certifications as required by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. Limitation of Liability
Sim Air Travels shall not be held liable for:
Flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking by airlines.
Natural disasters, strikes, wars, or "Force Majeure" events that disrupt travel.
Loss of luggage or personal belongings during the trip.
Visa rejections or deportation by immigration authorities.

7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or baggage loss.

8. Privacy Policy
By using our site, you consent to the collection of your personal data (Passport copies, contact info) solely for the purpose of booking travel services and complying with legal requirements.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
